Further Explanation of Group 2 Meditations

1. “The Subconscious Visualization Meditation For Success”

The first 11 minutes of this audio is a guided meditation for success using imagery and relaxation to raise your vibration to reprogram your mind for success and move you to a higher state.

After that, with guided imagery underneath alpha wave music, (22 minutes) the same meditation is said just loud enough for the subconscious mind to accept it while incorporating natural relaxing sounds and embedded commands for success.

This can be used powerfully as a meditation or just to listen to in the background as you go about your day, driving, working, or whatever you like. It can also be used to set yourself to sleep as a guided meditation, then to fall asleep afterward to the subconscious commands.

I used this to become better at everything including sports, finance, relationships, health, and getting all that you want out of life. Visualize yourself in a kind of daydream or better in meditation achieving what you want. The more real and detailed the better. Feel free to raise your arms with pride in your success. These audio images stimulate the subconscious mind to accept success as your reality, then directing behavior to achieve this goal.

The soothing music incorporates the relaxing sounds of nature to reach your subconscious and change your thoughts positively.


2. “The Heart & Mind Meditation For Success”

In this meditation, you will find techniques from syncing the vibration of your brain with gratitude and success, open your heart chakra, bring in a powerful energetic light source to your life, and projects you’re working on.

The action in this meditation will raise your vibration to bring in what you need to create the energy of success. Also covered is how to use these techniques to raise your vibration for success and prosperity for those and future projects. This will allow you to feel what it is that you want, use your heart to manifest, and bring it to you faster.


3. “The Sanctuary Safe Place Meditation”

This meditation will guide you to leave your body and surroundings in your mind and go to a place of safety & security, allowing you to create, manifest, raise your vibration and imagine the life that you want and bring it to you like a magnet. This is also a place where you will be guided to detox any negative energy and communicate with your higher self.

This is also a technique to channel your guides and higher self and ask questions and make requests of them.


4. “The Flower Technique” Meditation

TheFlower meditation” is based on your ability to identify flow in areas of your life as well as your ability to manifest. It can show you where you have blocks and with awareness allow you to release them. It is an advanced technique made simple with my instruction of the technique. Those that have learned this in my classes always seem overjoyed with the results and seek to do it over and over on their own, which is why I have created this audio file. The meditation is just under 13 minutes.

In this meditation, we start with alternate nostril breathing (also known as pranayama). t6This is done with the hand position shown in the photo to the left and explained fully in the meditation guidance.

Simply practicing a few rounds of this can help restore imbalances in your brain, improve sleep, calm your emotional state, boost your thinking, and calm your nervous system. For thousands of years, Indian yogis believe that many diseases are connected to disturbed nasal breathing.

Breathing in through your left nostril will access the right “feeling” hemisphere of your brain, and breathing in through your right nostril, will access the left “thinking” hemisphere of your brain. Consciously alternating your breath between either nostril will allow you to activate and access your whole brain merging the two hemispheres.


These are combined meditations learned from Buddhist monks and Shaman. Nothing is required but it is a good idea to have comfortable clothes, perhaps a blindfold or cloth to remove the light from your eyes helping activate your pineal gland, and perhaps a pen and paper to write down any intuitions, notes, or pressing thoughts you have that might distract your flow. Once purchased you will own the meditation and can repeat as often as you like.
